Getting the figures correct is critical. If you don't know what costs are vs resale value it increases risk. We can assist producing a schedule of works document, and specification. This is much easier for contractors to price against. You then know where your money is going, and can make adjustments as your budget requires.

We can also advise where to spend the money, against areas you don't need to. Structural alterations can be costly, so identifying areas where you can make things more efficient is crucial to budget.
